To work with the team manager to have strategic oversight and the development of AHP’s within the team To liaise with a wide range of professional and external agencies to ensure efficient, high quality patient/client care and to contribute to multi-disciplinary policies and protocols.
To provide clinical leadership and supervision to other AHP colleagues within the community learning disability team.
to manage a caseload of complex clients and support the manager to lead the team in service development and complex clinical decision making processes.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated person to join our community team for learning disabilities. the post involves working alongside the Team manager to develop the service and provide leadership for Allied health professionals within the team.
