**Job Introduction**
Gray Healthcare are looking for support workers to support a gentleman on a 2:1 basis. He has a diagnosis of Autism, Learning Disabilities and Epilepsy. The person supported enjoys going out for long walks, watching DVDs and visits with his family who are veryimportant to him and visit often.

The vacancy is 36 hours - 3 x 12-hour 8am - 8pm.

**Main Responsibilities**

You will have an interest, motivation, and enthusiasm to develop experience and skills to work with people with complex needs. Ideally you will have at least Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards the qualification within GrayHealthcare.
