**Your purpose & impact**:
As Sales Support Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, providing essential administrative and operational support. Key responsibilities include setting up retailer accounts, managing product information and images, conducting sales analysis, and assisting in the preparation of sales materials and presentations. Additionally, the coordinator will maintain accurate records of sales activities and support the creation of briefs.

**Some of the things you’ll do**:

- Establish and maintain retailer accounts, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
- Enter and update product information, including descriptions, specifications, and images.
- Conduct sales data analysis to identify trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for the sales team.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of sales materials
- Support the sales team in preparing for client presentations, ensuring all materials are accurate and professionally presented.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of sales activities and sales metrics.
- Aid in the creation of briefs for marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales strategies.
- Handle communication with customers to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products and manage inventory levels.
- Perform general administrative duties and assisting with other tasks as needed to support the sales team.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Efficient in managing their own time and that of the sales team, ensuring deadlines are met and sales cycles are optimised.
- Ability to analyse sales data, generate reports, and provide insights to improve sales strategies and performance.
- Able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions, thriving in an environment where flexibility is essential.
