**About The Role**
**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supervision of Projects within Northern Ireland
- Working closely with the Project Team Lead to supervise a variety of projects simultaneously up to £500k, ensuring adequate resourcing and successful delivery to scope, quality, and programme.
- Working within the Project Team and liaising with Quantity Surveyors to review budgets and forecasts to ensure budgets are being met for each work package.
- Prepare procurement schedules.
- Prepare work package programs and provide written updates to key customers and stakeholders.
- Supervise supply chain and in house teams promoting service excellence, best practice and continuous improvement initiatives and report effectively on poor performance.
- Monitoring and management of defects and snags with aim of ‘zero defects’ on all works.
- Advise the Department Lead on progress and any risks associated with delivery.
- Deal with contract change management.
- Preparation of weekly / monthly progress reports for site and client meetings.
- Preparation of timely and accurate weekly / monthly contract reports for department meeting
- Attend Progress Meetings and liaise effectively with clients and their representatives.
- Carry out as qualified skilled works to the high-quality standards that CTS Projects Ltd expect
- Travel within Northern Ireland as required
- Additional duties as may be required.

- Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately
- Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed
**Required Criteria**
- Full UK Driving License
- Recognised Construction Qualification (BSc/HNC/HND)
- Valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training
- 5 years’ experience in construction industry
- Possess an understanding of construction processes & methodology
- Understand construction measurement principles
- Strong IT skills (Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Be capable of working on own initiative
- Ability to work methodically and with attention to detail
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Have a good timekeeping and attendance record
- Have the ability to work with a wide range of people
- Be a good team player
- Demonstrate ability to follow written and verbal directions
- Demonstrate a flexible attitude towards assigned tasks
- Be reliable & committed
- Have ability to work to deadlines
- Participate in overtime when required (including weekends)
- Have ability to take on new skills
- Have a positive approach to continuous improvement processes and techniques
