**About The Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage data and key trader KPI trackers
- Assist Traders in creating and analysing sales data
- Management of product ranges within your Traders category
- Analyse and build knowledge of supplier, ranges etc within Trading categories
- Build relationships with Sales teams to ensure information is shared freely to help our retailers grow their stores sales and profits
- Maintain cost price files for customers on a weekly basis
- Accurately collate data and update internal documents
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with other functions, such as finance, marketing, sales and operations
- Assist all departments in achieving the best experience for customers and suppliers
- Review competitor activity and work with your Trader in reviewing this information
- Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate by your manager

**Required Criteria**
- Minimum Grade C achieved in GCSE Math and English or equivalent
- Previous wholesale / retail experience of FMCG environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to plan and organize workload and team.
- Able to work on own initiative and drive under tight deadlines
- Flexible in hours
- Previous experience of dealing with suppliers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to think laterally and act through on reasoned decision making.

**Desired Criteria**
- Educated to HND or Degree level or equivalent
- Commercial acumen

**Skills Needed**
