**As a Care Co-ordinator you will oversee Carers in your region of East Surrey, based from our Fetcham, Woking and Horley offices.**

You will need to be a confident communicator who can plan rotas and provide guidance
to the staff in your team to ensure that they deliver the best support to our Service Users.

Our Carers help people achieve independence whether that be supporting them to go shopping or assisting them with community projects or home visits to help them with their every day needs.

Ideally you will have worked in care previously and have some experience of supervising staff. However full training will be provided.

You will be required to provide some care in the community in your region to our service users to cover sickness and ensure you stay abreast of your hub and get to know the Service Users in your area.

Regular evening and weekend on call is required on a rota basis so you must be flexible.
