About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Anchor Hanover. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of care staff to provide high-quality care and support to residents
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
- Provide guidance and support to care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Experience in a care leadership role, preferably in a similar setting
- Strong knowledge of care principles and practices, including medication management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering exceptional care and support to residents
