A day in the life of

As** Guest Service Assistant**, you will be the first point of contact for most of our guests. Your role will be to welcome guests from all over the World with a friendly smile and exceptional service. You will work closely with your team mates to ensure that together each shift is smooth and efficient and deliver the best possible guest experience every time.

Based in the Holiday Inn Express Cambridge Hotel you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

**About Holiday Inn Express Cambridge - Duxford**:
A modern hotel close to major road links, with free Wi-Fi and parking, inclusive breakfast and easy train access into Cambridge. Holiday Inn Express® Cambridge-Duxford M11, Jct.10 hotel is next door to Whittlesford Parkway station. From there, you can catch a train to Cambridge, a 10-minute ride away, or to London Liverpool Street. If you're landing at Stansted Airport, it's only 20 miles up the M11 to reach the hotel, which offers ample free parking. Spend the day exploring the beautiful University City of Cambridge. In the evening, you can sample its thriving culinary scene, or dine at the Red Lion, next door to the hotel. History buffs are only a short drive from the Imperial War Museum Duxford.

The scientific laboratories of Granta Park and Chesterford Research Park are within a 15-minute drive, and the conference facilities of the Wellcome Genome Campus are less than three miles away. Business guests can hold a presentation in one of the hotel’s four air-conditioned meeting rooms. The hotel can arrange a catering service, with food provided by the Red Lion restaurant.
