The role provides in-house agency/husbandry service to all group vessels and is responsible for ensuring all activities of the vessel calls are fulfilled, needs of Master and crew are delivered in a safe and timely manner and abiding by all port and other legal requirements.

**Job Description**:
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Act as the local point of contact for vessels, including day to day matters and in the event of emergencies.
- Checking and customs clearing of cargo with UK customs to ensure all cargo can be loaded / unloaded to / from vessel
- Provide arrival and departure information on crew and that passengers are sent to relevant local authorities
- Allocate berths in principle to group vessels based upon technical knowledge of the fleet and berthing situation in Southampton
- Monitor vessel movements throughout region Europe
- Arrange pilot and towage in order to ensure the safe movement of the vessel
- Follow legal requirements with regards to crew changes and ships spares
- Fulfil IMO rules for vessel port stays
- Carry out and comply with all UECC business duties

Job Requirements:
**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
- Knowledge of UK immigration rules for seafarers
- Attention to detail & problem solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet vessel requirements
- Good knowledge of customs clearance
- Good MS Office skills - Word, Excel, outlook, PowerPoint
- Excellent English language and communication skills
- Good knowledge of export /import procedures
- Full clean UK driving license
