**Responsibilities**:

- Process company payroll accurately and on-time, adhering to procedures and deadlines.
- Manage time and attendance system for efficient hours tracking.
- Handle starter and leaver processes promptly and accurately.
- Maintain Sage 50 accounts, including journal preparation and control account management.
- Ensure payroll compliance with legislation and best practices.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee data and company information.
- Prepare and issue employee contracts.
- Provide regular reporting and manage audit deliverables.
- Address queries promptly to deliver excellent customer service.
- Strive for outstanding results and service delivery.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**:

- Essential:_
- Prior payroll experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to teamwork and respect.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent English fluency.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
