Bien Venue currently have a gap in our team for a dynamic pro-active Sales Researcher or Executive based out of our office in Poynton, Cheshire.
The main focus for this position is boosting our new business sales through a mixture of lead generation, pro-active sales, and marketing activity. If you’re a creative thinking with a knack for online lead generation, LinkedIn prowess and developing relationships to create new sales leads, then this is the opportunity for you to make your mark and turn the role into you own.
**Summary of Role including Key Responsibilities**
The role’s primary objective will be to introduce Bien Venue to new clients. The role involves a diverse range of responsibilities; including collaborating with our marketing company, supporting our pro-active sales executive, nurturing client relationships, and discovering new opportunities to boost new business.
You will be working with SLAs, KPIs and the CRM system to achieve these goals.
- Develop an execute dynamic sales and marketing strategies that support the strategy of new business growth. Teaming up with our current sales executive to identify new accounts and develop bespoke strategies for new client accounts.
- Promote and introduce Bien Venues services to potential new clients.
- Leveraging the potential of LinkedIn, industry groups, online communities to explore the digital realm for new clients.
- Research potential new clients, actively participating in sales blitz call days and supporting in other pro-active sales activities.
- Qualify new enquiries or leads while building rapport with the client.
- Research new opportunities, passing leads onto the current sales executive, ensuring the sales team is operating to its full potential and providing a consultative pro-active service to lapsed and new clients.
- Be accountable and take ownership for the enquiries that you are working on for our clients. Act as a consultant, ensuring you are adding value to the client’s enquiry.
- Pro-actively and consultatively provide solutions to challenges, including suggestions on how to enhance the event and naturally up-sell Bien Venue’s portfolio of services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and targeted reach campaigns.
- Support the Director of Client Services with preparing tender responses.
- Attending networking events and other industry events to promote Bien Venue and generate leads and uncover new business opportunities.
- Keep updated on venue and product knowledge through visiting venues, related exhibitions and reading industry news.
- Keeping the CRM system up to date and it is being utilised on a daily basis.
- Produce weekly reports, marketing intelligence and analytical information.

**What are we looking for?**
We’re seeking a friendly, outgoing individual with top-notch communication skills. You should be ready to hit the ground running, seizing new business opportunities with passion and innovation. We value a pro-active, can-do attitude and encourage you to ‘think outside the box’ Exceptional time management skills along with the ability to prioritise and multi-task are essential. Minimum 1 year Business Development experience or pro-active sales experience, while an understanding of the hospitality and MICE industries is a plus, above all is your enthusiasm for sales, with a eagerness to learn and grow.
