**Deputy Coordinator**

**£21,664.24 per annum **_**(excluding oncall payments)**_

**37 hours per week**

**Standard working week**:Monday-Friday office hours

**Office duty**:every 4th weekend

**On call**:one evening a week - weekdays

**About us**

St Anthony of Padua Community Association is a registered charity and limited company with over 30 years’ experience of providing a range of care services including Day Care, Home Care and Extra Care Housing We are a ‘not for profit’, value-based organisation.

We are regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission and at our last inspection were rated “Outstanding”.

**The role**

Reporting directly to the Registered Care Manager you will be primarily office based assisting the Care Coordinators in the management of the Home Care service.

Key responsibilities include:

- contributing to the completion of weekly home care rotas ensuring services are well planned and any changes are responded to quickly and efficiently
- dealing directly with a range of customers including staff, service users, their families and partners in health and social care
- the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training in line with the organisational needs.

**About You**

The successful applicant must have a Level 3 in Adult Health and Social Care and have experience of working in either a Deputy Coordinator and / or a Senior Care Worker role or equivalent.

You will have proven experience of using IT Care packages, knowledge of CQC regulatory framework for home care, with a sound working knowledge of safeguarding practice and procedures in the adult care sector.
