Purchasing Co-ordinator

Working for a fantastic organisation, who really do look after their employees and offer some fantastic benefits, the Purchasing Co-ordinator will be part of the Materials and Planning function.
Duties include:
- Create purchase records
- Place purchase orders for stock
- Deal with invoice queries
- Chase any overdue purchase orders
- Negotiate prices
- Convert planned orders to production orders
- Maintain vendor relationship
- Create build plan on customer demand
- Working to lead times
- Continuous improvement activities
- Maintain the quality system
You must have previous experience of working in a similar role.
CIPS would be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills - written and oral.
IT Literate - Word, Powerpoint and Excel ideally.
Use of SAP or similar.
Organised with good time management skills.
