**Contract: Permanent**

**Shift Pattern: 4 hour each week with flexible hours/days (Please note there may be opportunities to work additional hours in other Bupa homes locally)**

**You’ll help us make health happen by**:
- Maintaining all grassed areas including mowing, trimming, weed control, repairs and feeding.-
- Ensuring all trees and shrubs are maintained, including trimming, pruning, and assessing stability.-
- Maintaining all flower beds, boarder plants, hanging baskets and potted plants.- Providing general maintenance, including sweeping and weed removal on all paved areas, removing any litter and raking leaves.- Responsible for keeping the tool sheds and storage areas tidy and maintaining all garden equipment and tools.- Supporting the Maintenance Operative as required with decorating duties and basic maintenance support.

**Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role**:

- You have a minimum of 3 years hands on experience in grounds maintenance and a passion for gardening. Experience within a large commercial estate, knowledge of horticulture statutory requirements and a gardening or horticultural qualification would be advantageous. Friendly and approachable, you have excellent customer service skills and an ability to work well as part of a large team. With a practical ability and experience in painting and decorating, you're happy to help the wider team as required.
