Key responsibilities and accountabilities- To support the UK+I Associate Audit Manager with the management and administration aspects for the team of UK+I associate auditors.- Manage the AA report review process ensuring that the reviews are planned, recorded and completed and that all AA’s receive a minimum of one report review per annum.- Maintain findings log for all AA report review findings. Monitor and triage the UK+I outlook inbox dealing with any requests from the AA community, forwarding to line manager where necessary.- Manage and monitor the required documentation for AA staff to include contracts, CEST, IT declarations and records of insurance. Monitor and distribute the monthly “Refer and Reward” and “Voice of the Customer” to the relevant AA’s.- To manage and and compile the responses and actions required to address Requests for Information (RFI), Non conformities and customer complaints raised against the AA team.- Prepare reports as requested by UK+I Associate Audit Manager including monthly and annual AA reports and maintain the AA dashboards on a monthly basis.- Liaise with operational excellence to request, monitor and implement and changes identified for the AA processes.- Monitor the SOW process to ensure that SOW’s are responded to within the agreed timescales, reject and accept rates and reasons for rejection are being recorded.- Action, and if required, investigate anomalies during the submission of Basware and Concur claims from the AA team ensuring that relevant documents including invoices, durations calculator, remote visit plans, remote risk assessments, corrective action plans.- Set up new suppliers on the supplier portal and amend current suppliers when required.- Monitoring AA qualification codes due for expiry and preparing A391’s for submission, including the gathering of evidence to substantiate the code.- Assist with the onboarding and induction training with new contractors, monitoring progress of contractors towards qualification.- Assist with the re-assignment of work from AA sick/leavers diaries.What we offer:
