Job Summary:

- Responsible for supporting the project management team by the co-ordination of process and systems to ensure robust and balanced planning, decision making, implementation, monitoring and reporting.
- Provide necessary co-ordination to ensure execution of projects whilst supporting the tracking and communicating on budget, scope and schedule requirements.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Responsible for project co-ordination activities for a portfolio of projects and or programmes.
- Supports the management of projects and programmes in line with Vectura Project Management Framework (VPMF) adhering to the minimum viable standards and ensuring compliance to required documentation.
- Produces required documentation, as detailed in the VPMF,
- Support the Project Manager to maintain the project plans within Project Server.
- Support the Project Manager by the tracking of deliverables, timelines, resources and budget to agreed targets.
- Work closely with the relevant Project Team Members to ensure alignment and key project updates are represented accurately and liaise with other relevant Project Managers to ensure coordination of inputs and outputs.
- Develop & maintain effective working relationships with the Project Managers and Project Team.
- Support Project Manager during team meetings, by capturing key outputs (RAID) to drive and track activities ensuring adherence to plan. Support the monitoring and communicating of project changes and their impact.
- Support and engage in continuous improvement activities through production of closure and lessons learned documentation.
- Provide regular feedback to Project Managers and Project Team.
- As necessary, support the Project Manager by liaising with relevant suppliers, customers and partners

Education & Experience
- Experience of working within a project management framework.
- Experience in product development in a pharmaceutical company preferred
- Good understanding and competency in planning processes, risk assessment and mitigation.
- Strong communication and engagement skills with proven ability to drive continuous improvements.
- Demonstrated experience using standard program management tools and software including integrated development plans, timelines, risk management, and budget monitoring.
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and persuasion skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills with an ability to work flexibly, calmly and at pace.
