We are a well-established, award-winning company, based in Warrington, offering DNA, drugs and alcohol testing services to the legal community, members of the public and companies across the UK and internationally. We are going through an exciting period of growth, and our team now needs to expand and recruit an international sales administrator. This role is offered on a full-time basis. The alternating hours are of Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm & Monday to Friday 09.00am - 6.00pm (40 hours per week, with 1 hour break for lunch).

**The Role**
- Customer Service & Administration
- Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls regarding DNA testing, STi testing, Drug & Alcohol testing for corporate customers and international reseller queries.
- Track orders for drug & alcohol devices to ensure timely deliveries.
- Process new orders.
- Daily Management of post ensuring prompt action.
- Calibrate breathalyser devices and dispatch goods using the DHL online portal.
- You will be the main point of contact for corporate and international customers.
- Accurate recording of notes/updates on our CRM system.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI), set by Head of Department.
- Arrange drug & alcohol sample collections at various corporate locations and our walk-in centres within the UK.
- Handling of urgent call outs for drug & alcohol testing.
- Admin support tasks for international sales.
- Issue daily, weekly & monthly payment invoices/billing for our corporate & International customers for DNA, STi, Covid, Drug & Alcohol testing services.
- Handle invoice queries in a timely manner.
- Ensure all daily, weekly & monthly tasks are always completed on time and in full.

**The Person**
- Works well under pressure, especially when working to deadlines.
- Numerate with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear oral and written communication.
- Excellent organisation and planning.
- Not afraid to question or challenge.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Effective prioritisation and time management.
- Adaptable and flexible attitude.
- Experience using Sales Force and Sage (preferred but not essential).
- Competent Excel skills.
- Previous billing experience is advantageous.
