**Development Executive / Producing Broker**

**Location: London Central**

**Salary: DOE £60,000-£80,000 + Benefits and Bonus**

**The Company**:
We are working with a small growing brokerage based in the city who have are looking to add a range of new business and development specialists to their team to help with growth and scaling.

An exciting role has become available in their wholesale team for an experienced Development Executive to join and help grow a specialism with the support of a placement and broking team.

**The Role**:
Working closely with clients to you will cultivate relationships, looking to position your firm as the go-to insurance provider for your specialist sector - this could be;
- Energy
- Property & Real Estate
- Motor Trade
- Professional Indemnity / Financial Risks
- Corporate / Commercial

Capabilities for placement cover a range of territories such as;
This role is focused on the development of new business and bringing on new clients and relationships through visiting and prospecting new clients

You will be expected to generate business within your respective niche area and continue to produce and develop business with the support of leads and potential introducer networks with broking support and general placement support.

This is a sales and relationship role so any experience selling or developing new business will be essential and you will be expected to generate enough lead sources to achieve your income targets and will appraised on your performance.

**The Required Skills**:
Proven sales experience selling and producing new business is essential

Ability to build and cultivate new relationships

A personable character who is able to overcome objectives and obstacles which may stop you from achieving your goals

Stakeholder management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

A positive self-starter attitude and someone who wants to make a big name for themselves in a fast growing and exciting organisation.
