Our Fintech client is embarking on a key Salesforce migration project that will transform their commercial Pricing team. As part of this initiative, I am looking for a skilled UAT Co-ordinator to join their team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As the UAT Co-ordinator, your primary focus will be to support the UAT Manager in all aspects of the User Acceptance Testing phase. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in the development and execution of the UAT test plan, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Collaborating with the UAT Manager to manage and prioritise testing activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Working closely with the test teams to ensure efficient test case creation, execution, and defect management.
- Coordinating test data preparation and ensuring the availability of necessary test environments.
- Proactively communicating test progress, results, and any issues to stakeholders and the project team.
- Identifying and escalating any risks, issues, or challenges that may impact the testing process.
- Collaborating with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to achieve common project goals.
- Providing status updates and performance metrics to support project reporting requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in coordinating User Acceptance Testing, preferably on complex integration & migration projects.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Understanding of testing methodologies, test case creation, execution, and defect management processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other Pricing tools will be and advantage.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- A relationship builder with a positive attitude, capable of fostering collaboration and teamwork.
