Here at Bristol Street Motors Ford Gloucester we have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to come and join our growing After Sales team

We are offering a £26,500 basic salary with an OTE of £29,000 Plus company benefits The role is a fixed term contract for 6 months
**About the Role**
The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn't just about providing a service - its about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.
You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
**About You**
For this role, we are looking for you to have previous customer facing service experience; this is essential for you to be considered. Experience in a Service Advisor role within the motor industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines.
