Established in 2011, Isabelle Estates is a small, family run independent estate agency specialising in residential sales and lettings. Based from our office in Letchworth Garden City, we have a reputation for providing a high standards of service. We are looking to expand our team with the position to start from March 2024.

The vacancy is for self-motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic sales negotiator, ideally with some industry experience.

We are looking to appoint the right individual on full-time, permanent basis predominantly dealing with property sales and lettings with main duties including registering applicants and maintaining our database of clients, conducting viewings, providing feedback and negotiating offers on behalf of our vendors with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Our business has a strong emphasis on customer service and we live by the mantra of always doing what we say we’ll do. This internal policy is of the utmost importance and our company values should be shared by a new starter.

In addition to a competitive basic salary ranging between £18,000 - £25,000+ per annum (depending on experience), we also provide a company mobile phone, car parking permit and commissions of sales revenue generated. Other financial incentives for mortgage, conveyancing and insurance referrals complete the package on offer.

All training related to our systems and processes will be provided.

Experience is preferred but not necessarily essential.

The role could also progress into carrying out market appraisals/property valuations over time.

Our normal office hours are: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, plus every other Saturday 10am to 4pm.
