**Role**:Commercial Development Manager

**Salary**:£24-32k (Upto £60k with bonuses) + Car allowance

**Hours**:Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday

**Location**:Home based with travel to client meetings across Manchester

**IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: Experience of B2B sales in a service industry, ideally commercial waste management**

**Job Purpose**

To promote our products in a positive way to a wide variety of organisations to ensure maximum sales.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Sourcing potential business opportunities within a defined geographical area.
- Arranging and attending meetings with clients/potential clients.
- The preparation and submission of written proposals and quotes.
- Maintaining accurate contact records on chosen customer relationship management software.
- Maintain a detailed sales pipeline on customer relationship software.
- Undertake site audits in order that you understand a client’s requirements and develop a service solution that satisfies their needs.
- Keep informed of developments within the waste and recycling sector and our own service capabilities.
- Work the hours required to achieve a monthly sales target.
- This job involves travelling so the successful applicant will have a full, clean driving licence.
- Responsible for your own Health and Safety, for the Health and Safety of your work colleagues and any other person who may be affected by the operations under your control.
- Completing any ad hoc tasks as requested by the Management Team.
