**Position Overview**

Thames RIB Experience are an established family run business that have grown to have the largest fleet with the biggest engines and operate from more locations than any other London Speedboat company.

They offer exciting boat trips that enable their customers to see London’s sights from the most famous waterway in the World, the River Thames, on these magnificent London Speedboats designed for the Ultimate Thames Speedboat Rollercoaster Adrenaline Packed Experience

They are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join the team, in time for what promises to be another busy season. This full-time permanent role is based in the Thames RIB Experiences Head Office in
Buckhurst Hill, Essex. Our successful applicant will be flexible and available to work bank holidays. They will have the opportunity to work overtime on Saturdays to accommodate the demand for our trips, particularly in peak season.

Our approachable customer support team are always on hand to assist as and when needed.

**Essential main job functions and day to day activities**:

- Answering the phones taking bookings from our customers.
- General support and answering any questions that our customers have.
- General office-based duties
- Participation within the team on promotional ideas.
- Overseeing issue of our company uniform.
- Overseeing stock / deliveries.

**Experience/qualifications required**:

- Tech-savvy - with great attention to detail for data input.
- Knowledge of booking systems a benefit, but full training will be given.
- Responsive, and be happy to respond to customer queries
- Able to work as part of a team
- Be analytical and use initiative to problem solve within the software to find out why things are not working.
- Organised and able to work to short deadlines, often at pace, with a good positive attitude
- Adapt to customer changing needs, positively with good grace
- Articulate, with an excellent command of English Language in both the spoken and written form
- Friendly and helpful to customers, approachable, with a great work ethic, we want someone keen to get involved, with a great attitude.
