**Base Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 + unlimited commission from day one**

**You're likely to earn £35,000 in your first year**

Red Robin Recruitment has placed hundreds of trainee recruiters in specialist recruitment consultancies across Brighton and Hove, many of which are now senior consultants or managers, living a life in which they never have to worry about their finances.

For me, it was seeing the success of my uncle and how recruitment changed his life. I watched him develop, saw his success and wanted the same. I can safely say that taking my first step into a recruitment career was one of the best decisions I’ve made.

Here are some of the things that I love most about recruitment and that you might love too:

- **You have the ability to pave your own way to success**:
In most recruitment agencies you have a great amount of freedom and independence. Everybody works in a different way and that’s okay; you’ll be given the tools you need to achieve great results in the way you want to
- **You can progress and develop your career incredibly quickly**:
If you can show that you’re resilient, hard-working and capable, you can progress into more senior recruitment positions very quickly. If you prove yourself you could secure several promotions within a year.
- **There are no limits to what you can earn**

Most recruitment roles offer a very attractive, uncapped commission scheme, meaning that you can get out as much as you put in. I’ve met senior recruiters taking home upwards of £500,000 and other junior recruiters who have earned over £60,000 in their first year of recruitment
- **You get to change the lives of others**

All that is typically required are strong academics, ideally a degree, excellent interpersonal skills, and career ambition.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
