Our Brighton office is just a short walk from the station and located near the heart of town so you really feel connected which matches the fast paced tempo and buzz of the office.

We specialise in Health & Social care supplying our clients with vital temporary support workers and care assistants. So, the work you do really makes a difference to the quality of people’s care and their lives.

Once you have completed your internal training you will also be given the opportunity to gain your Certificate in Recruitment Practice and acquire an NVQ Level 3. We also have a great track record of developing trainees in to highly successful recruitment professionals so you can be sure you will be starting your recruitment journey on the right foot.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm with an hour for lunch.

Expected first year on target earnings for a trainee recruiter is £26,000 increasing in your second year.
