The Opportunity: Hire Controller
Contract: Permanent
Location: Cannock

**The Impact you will have**:
- Setup of Hire agreements and allocation of equipment, ensuring that all internal processes are followed.
- Liaise with Service/Yard man to arrange for Pre Hire Inspections on equipment.
- Planning delivery and collection of Equipment for internal delivery Fleet.
- Ensuring that Yard Operative has equipment for ready for hire prior to leaving site for delivery to customer.
- Monitoring GA1 status of equipment to ensure that all equipment put out on hire is GA1 compliant.
- Monitoring Allianz report and provide information to Equipment location for Allianz engineer to perform GA1.
- Accurately raise hire Contracts ensuring the correct on Hire/Off Hire dates are input into protean system.
- Ensuring that any Contracts off hired prior to Month end are closed off and invoiced accordingly.
- Monitoring any equipment not Available for hire due to technical issues and liaise with service etc to ensure any issues are addressed swiftly so that Equipment is ready for hire at soonest possible time.
- Compiling and provide hire quotes for clients in a timely manner
- Providing all opportunities and lost sales to development team.
- Supporting Sales team to ensure that any specific customer requirements are available and/or develop new product offerings to our Clients.
- Assisting with carrying out regular customer satisfaction surveys with all existing Clients.
- Working to Targets set out by STH hire Manager.
- Communicating customers concerns in a professional manner.
- Compiling daily KPI reports on a daily/weekly basis.
- Ensuring that customers are at the informed of Delivery/Collection Status on daily basis.
- Taking responsibility for own Health and Safe as well as your colleagues ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to all times.
- Ensuring correct PPE is worn at all times (High Viz Vest/Steel toe boots etc)
