**SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE**

An exciting opportunity to join a multi award-winning property company as Social Media Executive.

**Role Purpose**

You will be working with the marketing team to drive the digital marketing plans and campaigns. You’ll be responsible for developing, creating, posting and analysing the social media campaigns for the Group. In addition to creating engaging content, you'll also be building online communities and engaging with stakeholders.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for social media activities across the Group companies. You'll report to the Head of Marketing and will work collaboratively with the team to ensure consistency of messaging, campaigns, and branding. You will plan, create and post social media content and campaigns to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and others. You will identify trends and insights, and optimise performance based on results. An important part of the role is building and maintaining the company social presence along with researching new social opportunities. You'll work with and build relationships with all departments across the business, along with visiting the companies new homes developments frequently.

**Your Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:

- You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar social media executive position
- Ideally you'll have experience in a similar role in the property industry
- You'll have knowledge and experience setting up and running social campaigns
- Be experienced in producing high quality images and videos
- Full UK Driving License essential

**Your Personal Qualities**:

- Passionate about creating engaging social campaigns
- Highly creative, with solid knowledge of all social media platforms
- Able to act quickly and create/adapt campaigns at short notice when necessary
- Very organised, excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong team player, with the ability to also work autonomously

**Salary**: £25,000 - £26,000 basic depending on experience, plus company bonus scheme.

**Location**: Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire

**Contract**: Permanent, Monday to Friday. Office based with travel to company developments. Occasional attendance at weekend events will be required.
