**About the role and our team**
Join our devoted and supportive team of Social Care Workers at Thie Meanagh within Manx Care
In this role, you will be responsible and accountable for ensuring the needs of residents are met in a warm, friendly and homely environment. This will include acting as a keyworker for named residents undertaking assessments and drafting, implementing and reviewing care plans.
You will ensure the service being delivered to our residents is respectful of their rights, discreet, maintains dignity, encourages choice, and maintains privacy and confidentiality at all times.
This is a high profile role and you’ll often be the main point of contact for both residents and their relatives, and you must reflect an organisation which is caring, efficient and responsive, and one in which residents can have trust and confidence.
If you are passionate about helping others and would love the opportunity to truly make a difference to the lives of vulnerable adults on the Isle of Man, this could be the perfect role for you
