Purpose of the job:
This role is to join the dedicated creative agency for a global electronics brand based in Chertsey as a Creative Lead, reporting to the Creative Director.

We’re a rapidly growing creative team chock-full of like-minded thinkers, doers, dreamers, contemplators, animators, movers, shakers and decision-makers. We deliver constantly compelling creative, with copy, visual and animation working together to disrupt audiences in their tracks. And, as our future Creative Lead, we’re looking to you to drive great ideas over the line, both in thinking and doing. You’ll help guide other members of the team and deliver your own projects to high levels of finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting quality, idea driven concepts in response to creative briefs- Presenting projects to colleagues and senior stakeholders- Mentoring and managing more junior members of the team- Adhering to project timescales- Logging time spent on daily timesheets

Knowledge, Skills + Experience:
- Excellent conceptual, design and layout skills- Proactive approach- Ability to create the big idea and write top-level copy- An understanding of ‘motion’ and storyboarding- To understand the bigger picture behind a brief and deliver engaging presentations- Mac literate with high levels of expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)- Proven agency track record
