This is a brand new role, reporting to the newly created role of Training & Quality Manager as we build a team to help us ensure that we deliver the best service for our guests.
**The Role**
This role will be responsible for creating training programmes, curriculums and resources for teams across the contact centre, selecting the most appropriate training methods and activities for the requirement.
You will perform needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and identify areas of improvement, and work with your manager to create annual training plans. You will also deliver induction and upskill training to CCO employees.
This role will allow you to own the training and induction framework for CCO, ensuring that high standards are met, and remain high, and use quality monitoring feedback to identify training needs.
**About You**
We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the current induction processes, with recent experience of delivering detailed polar training to new starters.
You will also have experience in the recruitment and selection process, with a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Although not essential, a qualification in HR, Management, L&D or Travel & Tourism would be beneficial.

**About the Team**
As part of our Shared Service function, the Contact Centre Operation is the heart of what we do. With over 250 employees in Carnival House, we are the cornerstone of P&O Cruises and Cunard. Our roles include; Personal Cruise Advisor, Flights Advisor, GuestServices Coordinator and Guest Relations Representative. It is often the first place where our guests contact us, so high levels of service are really important. There are also a variety of support roles working alongside our Contact Centre telephony teamsincluding; Service Development, Resource Planning & Performance and Communications.
