Search Consultancy are currently working with a leading wealth management firm based in Edinburgh to recruit an Administrator for their WealthPilot department. This department provides digital financial planning advice, and you will be responsible for the teamsdaily administration needs.
This is a hands on position and requires someone who can jump right in to a variety of tasks, you should have an enthusiastic personality and be able to work as part of a team but also independently.
Duties involved in this role will include:

- Liaising with internal teams to ensure an efficient customer journey
- Onboarding of new and existing clients
- Monitoring the transfers of assets from other companies
- Monitoring Core clients transition to WealthPilot, liaising with Core team in process
- ISA subscriptions/transfers and SIPP/Trust/ transfers
- Ensuring client details are correctly recorded on internal systems
- Generation and distribution of client report/review packs within company SLAs
- Completing anti money laundering checks
- Adhering to conduct risk standards
- Requesting and collating LOA information
- Fee reconciliation against Fee suspense account
- General ad hoc admin including record keeping and electronic filing
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:

- Prior administrative experience is required, preferably in Financial Services
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software - notably Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accurate completion of work
- The ability to work within set strict deadlines, meeting all needs
- An interest in the Financial Services sector and a willingness to learn
