We are working with a large provider that specialise in caring for those with autism and learning disabilities. They are looking for an experienced Registered Manager for one of their services.
Your new role
The Registered Manager will be joining an experienced & settled staff team, to manage one service across two sites with an activity centre. The service users have learning disabilities and autism, as well as challenging behaviour. The setting has an activitycentre, where the service users are actively encouraged to be more independent and enjoy life to the fullest.
The company proactively work with their staff to provide them with further training and development opportunities. They also promote internally, with some fantastic examples of progression
What you'll need to succeed
- QCF Level 5
- Experience managing a Supported living or Residential Setting
- Experience working with Learning Disabilities
- Experience with Challenging Behaviour
- PBS or PBM trained (preferred)
- Experience with Autism (advantageous)
