Page Personnel are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Administrator** to join a Global Manufacturing organisation on a temporary basis to cover maternity.

**Client Details**

The successful Administrator will join a small, friendly team working on an initial temporary basis with the view of converting to a fixed-term basis to cover maternity.

**Description**

**The key responsibilities of the Administrator include**:

- Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the business, including data entry, record keeping, and report generation.
- Develop and implement efficient and effective systems for managing inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Collaborate with other department heads to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Process sales orders from customers after checking the product availability
- Check the price range between the order and the price registered in the frame agreement
- Check the invoices
- Manage and edit capacity certificates
- Ensure the sending of price offers to customers
- Send commercial documentation
- Collect commercial & technical requests from customers and forward them to the sales team.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment that supports employee engagement and growth.

**Profile**

**The successful Administrator**:

- Previous experience working in an Administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems preferred.
