After a continued period of success and growth, our client is on the look out for a Commercial Account Executive to join their friendly and thriving family in a brand new role to support the growth and development and overall management of a small book ofcommercial business for existing clients.

With strong resources and the teams vast experience and knowledge base, my client would love to in return, support its employees to grow along with the company and develop themselves both professionally and personally. You will have access to both off andon-site training and development programs, financial support for academic achievements and Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification.

This role will be working Monday to Friday and will be based out of the Northampton site along with offering hybrid working. The role will come with a basic salary of £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience and a plethora of benefits.

Whilst Ideally we are looking to recruit a seasoned CII qualified, Commercial Account Executive with a successful track record in commercial insurance, If you are a little bit earlier on in your career and looking to take that next step, the organisationhas the desire and resources to support and develop you and would still love to speak with you.

**Here’s what the role will involve**
- In depth identification of requirements and needs of clients
- Both selling and cross-selling a variety of products
- Account management and development from initial contact to closing the sale and ensuring cover is on risk
- Negotiation & presentation with insurers and clients to ensure the best coverage, solutions, outcomes and service for the client

**What we’ll need from you**
- Ideally CII qualified
- A good understanding of FCA regulations and compliance
- 3 years+ experience within commercial insurance
