As our SRMO you will have supervisory responsibility for our Repairs & Maintenance Officer (RMO) and a high level of technical ability. You will take on the most challenging repairs, maintenance and void works and you’ll be responsible for supporting our Responsive Repairs & Voids Manager (RRVM) with the running of our Direct Labour Organisation (DLO). The post holder will work across the West Midlands and will be responsible for leading the implementation of our quality standards and safety-first health and safety culture on site.

The SRMO will be an experienced multi-trade operative who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will be efficient, customer focused and you’ll have a clear understanding of the latest regulations and guidance relevant to the completion of works on site and the running of a DLO. The post holder will promote and adhere to all SB’s policies and procedures and will have a clear understanding of site safety.

The post holder will be a highly skilled multi-trade operative with some management or supervisory experience, who has a main trade complemented by skills across one or more other trades. It would be beneficial if the SRMO had electrical qualifications but other core trades will be considered. In addition to supervisory responsibilities, the range of works which the SRMO could undertake include but will not be limited to:

- Electrical work
- Plumbing
- Carpentry & joinery
- Painting & decorating
- Kitchen & bathroom fitting
- Tiling
- Plastering
- Property strip out and clearance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: £30,118.00-£31,886.00 per year
