**We are seeking an experienced repairs and maintenance manager within the Social Housing or Supported Housing sector who can lead and inspire a team of maintenance co-coordinators to deliver exceptional customer service and standards. Coming from a technical background such as building surveying or repairs and maintenance etc. you will be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of the range of issues affecting people's homes and how to deliver a first time fix solutions.


The organisation provides residents with a friendly and efficient in-house team of maintenance co-coordinators to speak to and would benefit from working with a positive leader who can support and guide on how to triage the issues, plus pass on their technical knowledge and experience.

However, there are some essential criteria listed below.

Essential Criteria:

Full UK Driving Licence

Experience of leading teams in a social housing maintenance or property services role

A positive and inspirational leadership style and focus on customer service
