Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting detailed cost analysis and preparing accurate budgets for reactive maintenance projects.

- Collaborating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Utilising NatFed and SOR codes to assess and manage maintenance tasks effectively.

- Providing expert advice on cost management and financial planning.

Essential skills and experience:

- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor working on reactive maintenance projects.

- In-depth knowledge of NatFed and SOR codes.

- Strong analytical and numerical skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Proficiency in relevant software and remote working tools.
