Base Salary to £40,000 + Benefits
Hybrid - Part Remote and Part Office - Central London
My client is an award winning internationally based travel company who specialise in providing high end luxury travel lifestyle and experiences for UHNWI's.
They are now recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join the team working directly with the Human Resources Director.
The role is responsible for assisting with employee relations and performance management, from disciplinary to grievance processes and performance to capability assessments.
The Human Resources Advisor is responsible for all aspects within HR, ensuring all policies are consistent and up-to-date and that all HR queries are dealt with promptly and reliably.
Applicants for the Human Resources Advisor most have previous experience in a similar role and be either part of fully CIPD qualified and be to update with UK employment law and HR practices/polices.
A background within the travel or hospitality industries is preferred but not essential.
This is a hybrid role - part remote and part office based in central London.
Human Resources Advisor Responsibilities:
Provides HR advice and support to EMEA employees
Delivers training to managers on HR procedures
Coaches business leaders on the employment journey
HR project lead across various business initiatives
Conduct and supervise disciplinary meetings
Process UK payroll - terms and conditions changes, pensions & share options
Human Resources Advisor Experience Required:
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Part or fully CIPD qualified
Full understand of HR policies and processes
Ability to adapt to a fast-growing company and coordinate with the People HR team globally
Personally credible; communicating effectively and acting with integrity
Demonstrates customer service behaviours of responsiveness, efficiency, pro-activity
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Efficient and committed to continuous improvement
