Hello,

I am looking for a self employed landscape gardener to work part time, one day per fortnight at one site in Ipswich.

The works to be undertaken are:
**Litter Clearance**
- Remove all visible litter from the grounds, park and car park.
- **Sweeping of site**
- Ensure all communal areas are swept and cleared of any litter, grass clippings, leaves and any other debris..
- **Weed Kill/Fertilised**
- Weed killing/associated treatment to be carried out when necessary. (All weed killers will be bio-degradable and approved under the control of Pesticide regulations 1986 and applied in the accordance of the manufactures instructions.
- **Pruning**
- All shrubs and bushes throughout the site are to be pruned well back to an acceptable height to provide clear access. There will be a clear line maintained between the soil, grass and pathway.
- **Moss/Algae Growth**
- To treat communal, pedestrianised and stepped areas that are affected by moss or algae growth. This will be scrapped with a dutch hoe and swept clear with a stiff brush/broom to also minimise future growth.
- **Hedge Trimming**
- All hedges to be trimmed back to a manageable height to ensure no obstruction/nuisance is caused to passers by.
- **Off Season**:

- Tidy boarders and shrub beds. Remove fallen leaves from garden, footpaths and hard standings. Lawns to be edged when adjacent to the paths.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 7 per week

**Salary**: £20.00 per hour
