We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic company who, due to expansion, are looking for a Deputy Manger to support the smooth running of their brand-new 4 bed home based in Kirkham, Preston for children and young people who display emotional andchallenging behaviours.
**The Role...**
To supervise staff and work with the Registered Manager to manage the Home according to the requirements of OFSTED. To support the Home on a day-today basis with the organisational policies and procedures incorporating the Inspection and Regulatory Authoritiesstandards of requirements and statement of purpose. To promote the educational welfare of each young person within the organisation. To maintain high standards of childcare and progressing through placement. To participate in promoting the marketing standardsof the organisation. To manage the assessment process of young people admitted to the home and to assist the director throughout.

We would like somebody outgoing who has experience in a supervisory or Managerial position within a similar setting. Somebody passionate about helping children and young people reach their full potential, who has a nurturing and positive personality with anexcellent work ethic.
**The Minimum...**
Holding NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification is essential. We also need you to have a good working knowledge of OFSTED regulations, auditing, assessments, and training, and hold a full UK driving license.
