**Information Systems Coordinator - Environment**

**Thames Water - Based at Hampton - 22.5 hours per week (pattern to be agreed)**

**What you will be doing**:
You will:
- Governing and record keeping support for projects within the Galliford Try Amp 7 framework.
- Working with, and to, members of the framework Senior Leadership Team in such a way that adds value and increases safe delivery of projects (examples below)
- Collation and dissemination of baseline framework specific records and data
- Oversight and updates to / of systems and processes such as Speracloud, ActiveSHEQ, SharePoint and other related IT portals and programmes
- The facilitation of and support to, general processes such as inductions, on-boarding, and client interactions (examples HS&E)
- Collation of essential project information (such as digital daily dairy), and the abstraction of critical information from these systems to enable smooth and effective collation and cascade (eg, records and returns)
- Oversight and upkeeping of framework activities such as (the action decision log) and support the framework Plan, DO Check Act assurance process
- Understand, collate and support a number the evidence of (GT and client) KPI - examples being inspections, audits and engagements
- Administering of several processes and practices that ensure compliance to or awareness of areas of best practise or that require targeted support
- Organising necessary essential requirements for entry to and work on Thames Water projects
- Alignment of GT and Thames Water specific training and align against T&C matrixes along with the upkeep of the T&C status, creation of a RAG alert process that enables compliance and safe working
- Assist in the update of key documents including contact lists, locations, and specific criteria
- Assisting in customer meetings and customer documentation as required
- Assist in the delivery of critical event management (booking locations, support items and attendance)
- Assist in creation of communication documents along with the record keeping of compliance to set
- Assist in internal communications, including digital communication streams

This is not an exhaustive list of duties.

Competency requirements
- Previous experience in a targeted support, record keeping and data management role
- Excellent digital skills to enable the use of support databases and record keeping systems.
- Fully conversant with the Microsoft suite of packages.
- A knowledge of compliance related practices (why etc) and experience of the delivery of similar processes
- Maths and English GCSE/National 5 or equivalent required.
- A confident “engager and communicator with a proactive and helpful outlook
- Conversant and skilful with all forms of remote communications (teams / zoom etc)
- Current driving licence essential

Technical/Professional qualifications
- A working knowledge of commercial/finance through job experience or training
- Previous relevant business experience or transferable skills gained in other areas
- Fully conversant with the Microsoft suite of packages especially excel
