**EQUANS is looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join our team based in Airdrie, ML6 on a permanent basis. This role is working 22.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £12,191.40 per annum and benefits package.**

The job holder will work at a busy reception desk. They will be responsible for sign posting members of staff, public and visitors to relevant services and businesses within the building. They will be responsible for recording and reporting repairs, orders and telephone enquiries, security, keeping both electronic/paper diaries and reporting directly to the property manager.

The Business Centres are a joint venture between North Lanarkshire Council and NLP LLP. Where Equans provides front of house and management of the property. There are, at present, five of these establishments which Equans manage, on behalf of these organisations. It is, therefore, important the staff members in these properties perform to the highest standards to ensure client satisfaction and continued business. As the receptionist, the job holder will deal with and report to many of the client’s employees.

**Please note the working hours: 9am -5pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.**

**What will you deliver?**
- The receptionist deals with all enquiries from the public, who enter the property
- They need to be patient and be able to actively listen to what is being asked before signposting
- The job holder needs to be assured in their approach and the ability to think logically and use initiative
- Deal with meeting room bookings for both parties and the public
- Security restrictions for all users are in force within all buildings and the receptionist has to be aware of them and how to ensure they are adhered to.

**Who are we looking for?**
- An excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite is imperative
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- The ability to organise, file and report competently
- Provide customer service to the highest standard
- Work actively as part of a team
- Be flexible in their approach to working across the portfolio, as part of a larger team
- The ability to work with minimum direct supervision
- Reliable, detail conscious, honest and smart presentation.

This role includes a Basic DBS check therefore ability to pass is essential.
