Experience within transport and/or the pallet network operation is beneficial however, if you have a calm presence with strong customer service and co-ordination ability with excellent attention to detail we can teach you all you need to know about transport.

The role is available to start immediately however, we are able to wait a notice period for the right person.

**Key Tasks**

- Providing outstanding service to our customers and partners
- Providing progress updates on deliveries to customers and managing their expectations
- Producing KPI reports, ensuring data accuracy at all times
- Handling customer, driver, and depot queries in a professional and thorough manner
- Inputting and updating information using various systems and processes, ensuring accuracy at all times; tasks include booking in deliveries and inputting jobs
- Using pallet network systems and ensuring compliance with pallet network KPIs

**The Essentials**

Here’s what we need from you in order to join the team:

- You must have a calming presence and be able to handle a fast paced environment in a calm manner
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to win around customers, resolve complaints, and to remain professional at all times
- High attention to details, able to update customers, systems, and processes with accuracy resulting in a low level of errors
- Excellent multi-tasker, able to stop and start tasks in order of priority whilst remaining calm and delivering to standards
