**Client Service Co-Ordinator**

**Key responsibilities**:
- To attend new prospect and/or networking meetings.
- To hold sales meetings with new prospects and quote for services.
- To write up details of the meetings and manage the information inside of the customer relationship systems.
- To manage the progress of clients through the sales process.
- To process internal sales documents when a new client has been successfully gained.
- To make follow up calls and contact to prospects.
**General duties and flexibility**:
- To attend training and development deemed necessary for the post in agreement with the line manager.
- To willingly undertake any other tasks as reasonably requested by line managers and comply with all employee policies and procedures of Heelan Associates.
**Skills**:
- Good standard of verbal and written English. Excellent communicator.
- Proficient IT skills (Excel, Outlook & Word essential).
- Self-confident, quick to pick up new skills and responds well to feedback.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
**Personal Attributes**:
- Committed to providing exemplary customer care.
- Enthusiastic and well presented.
- Desire for self-improvement, to learn and improve sales skills.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- A real desire to help the team and willing to go the extra mile to help others during busy times.
