**We are currently working with local authorities across the London area to help recruit for Business Support Officers,**

**Your Role**:

- answer incoming telephone enquiries for transactional calls whilst our permanent advisors feild the high volume of Council Tax calls generated by billing.
- You will answer calls about waste collection, environmental health and general switchboard enquiries amoungst other things.
- Being able to deal with a high volumes of calls efficiently whilst remaining friendly, polite and empathic is a must
- Full training will be given in the use of our local computer systems and soft phone contact centre solution
- you must be I.T literate and able to pick up new systems quickly.
- Experience in high volume customer facing role a must.
