Summary
You must have:
- A passion for watching and being involved as young children learn, play and grow.
- A comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Framework, including safeguarding.
- Experience working in the Early Years supporting children's learning and being a key worker.
- Excellent relationships with colleagues, parents and children
- Energy and enthusiasm and creativity.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a sense of humour and sense of fun

Essential Qualifications
Essentials: GCSEs grade C or grade 4 or above in English and Maths
Level 2 minimum suitable and related childcare qualification
Desirable Qualifications
Level 3 suitable and related childcare qualification
Paediatric first aid qualification
Level 1 safeguarding
Essential Experience
Previous experience working with children in a professional childcare setting
