Currently to our team in Warrington we are looking for a Contract Administrator.
**As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for**:
- Validating & updating new unit data onto the system
- Updating units with correct customer details
- Validating warranty documentation & install warranties
- Carrying out regular audits on unit warranty Contract Management
- Managing all contract documentation, ensuring we have received signed agreements & schedules
- Validating & creating new contracts
- Producing customer reports pre invoicing
- Producing the monthly invoice schedules for contract maintenance charges Carrying out regular audits on customers & contract data
- Managing every month contracts due to expire Programmed Maintenance Producing regular reports & following up on outstanding programmed maintenance & FGas compliance
- Liaising with and reporting back to customers
- Liaising with and reporting back to Service Partners Contract Quotations Managing new contract quote requests Contract Reports
- Producing internal & external reports as defined Customer Reviews
- Collating all required information & produce the customer reviews Training & Development
- Developing your knowledge on Carrier products through self training and Carrier training courses
- Helping develop current processes and work instructions
**What we are looking for**
- ** Previous experience in the similar position**:
- Sound secondary education
- Car driving license beneficial
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Power point.
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Strong customer and supplier negotiation skills.
- Highly creative and able to work under own initiative.
- Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats.
- Strong attention to detail.
