HRG Services is a small company based in Wimborne that carries out timber window refurbishment and restoration works to old sash and casement windows on properties throughout the South. We want you to help expand our company to the next level.

**The position includes general office duties and some marketing tasks to help support our team. We are looking for someone with the following skills**:

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage constantly changing and conflicting priorities, multitasking efficiently.
- Great customer service skills when dealing with people.
- Good accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to proactively build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, colleagues and Management.
- Ability to actively listen in order to understand.
- Experience with content creation, Canva, Mailchimp and social media.

**Experience, Qualifications & Knowledge**
- Good experience of working in a customer service environment and managing/triaging incoming calls.
- General knowledge of the construction industry is desirable.
- Experience with social media campaigns and company growth.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
