**Secondary School Cover Supervisor**

Unique School Solutions are delighted to be supporting a 2 - 16 Academy in the Sheffield area to appoint a Cover Supervisor to work across the Secondary phase.

**Essential requirements for the role as a Cover Supervisor**:

- NVQ3 or above or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with children and/or young people
- Secondary curriculum knowledge (advantageous)

**Duties of the role include**:

- Cover for absent Teachers delivering pre-planned lessons across the curriculum
- Supervision of teaching groups
- In class support of students
- Individual student support and supervision

**To be a successful Cover Supervisor you will**:

- Be a confident person who is able to inspire and build rapport with students
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills
- Have a passion for supporting the education and wellbeing of students
- Be a confident behaviour manager
- Be a present and memorable practitioner who is able to differentiate with ease
