Transport Planner

Interaction is recruiting for an experienced Transport Planner for our client’s family run 3PL Warehousing company based in LU5.

You will be part of a fast-growing transport team ensuring the smooth running of day to day transport operations.

**Duties**:

- Use the vehicle planning software to ensure efficient & effective plans are created daily.
- You will be responsible for the Dunstable Transport Operations site’s daily vehicle planning, ensuring all jobs are planned and allocated for the following days plan and all timed and special requirement deliveries are planned accordingly and maintaineddaily.

The successful applicant will be working closely with the companies’ drivers and operations team.

We are looking for someone who is customer focussed with strong organisational and communication skills.

Previous experience in a transport environment and an administrative role would be preferred.
